My own  continuous journey

Hi, I’m Olga and I’m here to help you reclaim the fierce energy, resilience, and strength already living inside you.

My story isn’t a highlight reel. It’s grit, sweat, setbacks—and the refusal to quit.

In Ukraine, at age of 4 I started rhythmic gymnastics, ballet & jazz dance, by 6, I was competing internationally. Movement shaped me. So did Soviet-era nutrition, the no excuses discipline and never give up mindset!

At 14, I moved to Canada. New country, same fire. I danced professionally, discovered strength training at 17, and for the first time, felt what it means to own your body.

But behind the performance? I was struggling...

Chronic eczema wrecked my sleep, my energy, my confidence. No doctor had answers. So I became the answer—changing my diet, healing from the inside, and rebuilding with small steps.

While juggling University biochemistry studies, professional dancing, and teaching, I earned the nickname “Energizer Bunny.” But inside, I was crashing—by hustle culture, cold winters, and nonstop pressure.

Switzerland changed everything. A holistic doctor gave me the prescription I never expected: Move slower. Breathe deeper.

Yoga felt like punishment—until it saved me. My skin healed. My nervous system recalibrated. My energy came back.

I kept learning—becoming a yoga teacher, mindfulness coach, and nutrition guide. I studied movement, healing, and the mind-body connection.

I also battled long COVID fatigue, grief from losing my mother to devastating cancer, and a mind exhaustion, using the tools I use now.

I learned this truth:
You are made of energy—and you can command it.

Today, with thousands of hours coaching and teaching, I live what I teach: strength, presence, and unstoppable energy from the inside out.

I offer programs which are not about doing it all.
It’s about starting.
Small moves. Daily wins. Lasting change.

You don’t need a gym.
You don’t need fancy gear.
You just need YOU—and the courage to begin

“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, 'Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?' Actually, who are you not to be?
