My own  continuous journey

Hi, I’m Olga — and I work at the intersection of self-leadership, nervous system regulation, and sustainable performance coaching.

My work supports leaders and high-achievers who are successful on paper, yet operating in a constant state of pressure, depletion, or cognitive overload. I don’t teach motivation or hustle. I develop capacity — the internal resources that allow leaders to stay clear, resilient, and decisive under stress.

My background is rooted in performance.

I began rhythmic gymnastics, ballet, and dance at age 4, in Ukraine and competed internationally from early childhood. Discipline, precision, and consistency were non-negotiable. That foundation shaped how I understand leadership today: the body is not separate from performance — it is the performance system.

At 14, I moved to Canada, danced professionally, & discovered strength training. Outwardly, I was functioning at a high level. Internally, I was struggling with chronic eczema inflammation, disrupted sleep, and long-term fatigue — challenges later compounded by long-COVID, personal loss, and compiling mental load.

When conventional solutions failed, I learned to rebuild performance from the inside out.

A pivotal shift came after relocating to Switzerland, where a holistic physician reframed performance for me: Slow down to scale sustainably.

Through nervous-system regulation, breathwork, yoga, and targeted lifestyle interventions, my energy stabilized, my health recovered, and my decision-making clarity returned.

As a scientist & drug developer, I learned that the fastest and most sustainable way humans grow is through play and curiosity—and that insight now shapes my coaching methods.  Today, I integrate evidence-informed coaching, movement, mindfulness, and integrative health principles to help leaders strengthen their stress tolerance, cognitive clarity, and embodied decision-making.

My approach is not about doing more.
It’s about leading with regulation, awareness, and strategic energy management.

I believe in:

• Small, repeatable actions
• Measurable energy ROI
• Self-led regulation as a leadership skill

You don’t need more tools.
You need stronger internal alignment.

That’s what I enable through coaching.

“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are
powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, 'Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?' Actually, who are you not to be?
