Welcome to Energy & Strength for Life - 21 Days Program. Energy & Strength for Life is a program rooted in simplicity, accessibility, and daily consistency. No fancy equipment. No complicated routines. Just practical exercises & tools to nourish your energy, build your strength, and create a more vibrant life — from the inside out. Throughout this program you’ll learn simple yet powerful ways help you build foundations for the lasting energy & strength, as you start turning it into a habit. By working together, I’ll equip you with the tools you need to optimize your body’s natural ability to thrive, no matter your age. Each day you will get a video instruction from me, starting from 10 mins daily in the 1st week, 20 mins a daily in the 2nd week, and progressively increasing up to 30 mins daily in your 3 week. In a playful and curios way each new day will bring a new learning experience and get you a bit out of your comfort zone: • Learn simple yet powerful energy boosting techniques. • Use your own breath to boost energy and reduce stress levels. • Experience how exercising can be playful and easy. • Practice explorative walking technique. • Enjoy recovery days by practicing yoga. • Strength train, do functional movement to be stronger and gain muscle mass for longevity. • Do cardio or HIIT once a week. Day 1, 8, 15 = Energy, Breath, Stretching Exercises Day 2, 9, 16 = Functional Movement Day 3, 10, 17 = Yoga Day 4, 11, 18 = Playful Strength Day 5, 12, 19 = Mindful Explorative Walking & Movement Day 6, 13, 20 = Cardio or HIIT Day 7, 14, 21 = Healthy & Mindful Eating & Living practices My first tip for you: When you feel resistance, countdown out loud 5-4-3-2-1 to launch yourself forward into action.
